We resurface existing concrete with high-strength cementitious overlays that restore a level, sound and attractive surface. Ideal for driveways, patios, walkways, warehouse floors and pool decks where full replacement is not practical.
Our epoxy and flake resin flooring systems deliver a seamless, hygienic and impact-resistant surface. Diamond-ground preparation, primer, body coat and a UV-stable topcoat give a floor that stands up to traffic, spills and cleaning chemicals.
Acid and water-based stains penetrate the slab to create depth, variegation and warmth that paint cannot match. Sealed and finished, the result is a low-maintenance decorative floor with lasting colour.
We install traffic-rated waterproofing membranes on concrete decks and balconies to keep water out of the structure below. Detailing at drains, upstands and joints is done properly, because that is where deck waterproofing usually fails.
Terrazzo is worth restoring. We grind out scratches and lippage, hone through progressive diamond grits, then densify and polish to the sheen level you want — from satin to high gloss.
Etching, scuffing and worn grout make good tile look old. We polish the tile surface, clean and treat the grout lines, and finish with a protective coat so floors look sharp again.
Old sealer, wax build-up and salt bloom hide the beauty of clay tile. We strip back the layers, correct the surface, then reseal with a breathable finish suited to Caribbean conditions.
We lift embedded soil, body oils, odour and dust from upholstered furniture using pre-treatment and hot-water extraction, with fabric-safe solutions selected for each material.
